Grand cru classé de graves
Pessac-Léognan
Château
Carbonnieux
One of the oldest
and largest
wine estates
in the Bordeaux region
With its eight centuries of history, Château Carbonnieux stands as a major reference of the Pessac-Léognan appellation. Its vineyard of around one hundred hectares, owned by the Perrin family for four generations, is entirely located around the château, at the top of a remarkable gravel rise. The vines, cultivated with respect for the environment and according to sustainable practices, are dedicated to the production of dry white and red wines. This family vineyard is classified as a Grand Cru Classé de Graves for both its white and red wines. The château is open to visitors throughout the year.

The vineyard and its terroir
The estate’s
wines
All wines come from a single vineyard and from sustainable agriculture that respects its environment and its winegrowers. At the heart of the estate, our ecological commitment watches over, like a subtle breath that protects and helps the vine grow in harmony with nature.
